A link to the artwork created from a Q-Design template will automatically be placed on the Purchase Order once it is generated from Q-Net.
To view the attached artwork:
Step 1: Edit the Purchase Order created in e-Quantum from the Q-Net order containing the template.
Step 2: Edit the imprint line item.
Step 3: Click the Attachments tab.
You will be able to view the artwork link. The actual artwork will reside on our Q-Net servers. Once you view it, you can save it locally to your own computer.

NOTE: When you email the PO to your vendor through the EDI functionality, they will receive a hyperlink on the PO taking them to the artwork. |
