• Apparel items can be ordered individually. After ordering, the estimated arrival time is approximately 2 weeks. Orders will be received by your Marketing Department, or shipped to you direct if you chose that option. Please include a reliable phone number that you can be reached at to pick-up your item.
• Promotional items are ordered in bulk. When you order one of these items, the arrival time may vary. After an order is placed, your Marketing Department will contact you with an estimated arrival time. Please include a reliable phone number that you can be reached at to pick-up your item.
• Returns and exchanges are not available for logo shop items. Please ensure you check the size guide within the item you want to purchase. Some items are fitted, please take this into account when ordering your size. If you are unhappy with your shop order, contact Jamii.Uboldi@uhsinc.com. to discuss options. Although not guaranteed, we will do our best to find another staff member that would like to purchase your item allowing you to re-order in the desired size/option.
