Inventory management and procurement: We know that it can be difficult to keep track of your printed material, especially in large organizations or those with multiple locations. To address this we have several specialized inventory management and procurement programs to meet your needs. Forms management: We will print and warehouse your products at our facility and every month we give you a printout of your inventory in our warehouse. This allows you to track expenses as well as gauge areas of growth in your business. You can also manage your printing orders accordingly, eliminating stressful situations which occur when you run out of your printed material. Bill as shipped: This program allows you to get volume discounts for printing large quantities, but without having to pay for it all upfront. Typically we print what you would use over a 12-month period and we store your products in our warehouse. You can take delivery of your stock in multiple shipments over that time period and you only pay for it when you receive it. For businesses with multiple locations, storage concerns or a large inventory of printed material, we also offer a special "pick & pack" program for your convenience. Online ordering: When you store items in Westkey's warehouse, you have access to your inventory 24 hours a day with our online inventory management and ordering service. Check what you have in stock, place an order for your pre-printed stock and we will ship it to you the next business day. We have taken great measures to ensure security on this site so there is no worry about anyone else being able to access your information. Security: Westkey has specialized in printing security sensitive items for banks, credit unions and companies for many years. We always stay on top of security issues. Special papers, heat reactive inks and printed screens will protect against incidents of fraud. Group buying programs: This program is perfect for buying groups or large, multi-location organizations. Westkey representatives will work with each location to assess their printing needs. We can often group run many of your locations' printing, sometimes saving 10 to 30 per cent on printing costs. We can ship and bill each location separately as well as offer warehousing and inventory management programs.
