Step 1: Select this type to allow the user to select from a bank of images.
Step 2: Click Upload Image.
Step 3: Browse to location of image you'd like to include.
Step 4: Once image is selcted, click Upload.
Step 5: Click Save and Exit.
Step 6: Edit the Variable and repeat Steps 1-5, until all images are uploaded.
Step 7: Click Save and Exit.
Step 8: Use the Required type to make the field required.
